We do not accept returned goods due to the bulk and nature of our products. It is therefore essential that the buyer satisfies his or herself that they have ordered amounts that meet their requirements as we are unable to accept the return of any of our products.
It is accepted that when entering into a purchase with DampStop-Dryzone Ltd this is a trade sale enjoying trade prices and therefore is not subject to Consumer Distance Selling Regulations under UK law.
